Default Replication problem - 12-01-2004 , 01:38 AM

Hi,

If the network is fine and both dbremote for the
consolidated and

remote dbs are running, from where shall I start
troubleshoot the

problem? Right now, whatever sent from the consolidated db
is not

received by the remote (remote last received on 6 Jul 2004)
and

remote is not sending to consolidate (remote last sent on 10
Nov

2004).

Many many thanks. Any help is very much appreciated.

Can you post the dbremote output logs (add the -v switch to dbremote)?
That would be the first place to look.

Thank you. I can't post you the dbremote log file right now
since I

don't have it yet.

Right now few of the remotes are having different kind of
problems.

This is one problem. Another problem is ,remote is receiving

messages but no updates had been applied to the database.
What is

causing this? Will other massive downloading processess give
effect

to the replication process?
