we use SQL Anywhere 10 with dbremote. The ftp server we are currently
using is War FTP Deamon.

Our main problem is that dbremote is hanging from time to time (see
news://forums.sybase.com:119/49ef18fc@forums-1-dub). Setting the Windows
timout to a lower value does not solve the problem. Actually one client
hangs while performing the "LIST" command.

Now we want to try to use some other ftp server. Is there any
recommended server and which settings should be used? Important: It has
to be a Windows server.
