Figured it out - it was calling v9 of DBMLSync.

I have enclosed the DBMLSync log and also the script output.

I think it might be because I am upgrading an existing Oracle backend
database.

I ran the script:
\Program Files\SQL Anywhere 11\Mobilink\Upgrade\9.0.2\upgrade_ora.sql
as I am upgrading from 9.0.2.

Is there any way to clear out the data if this is what is causing the
error message?
