Where is Fix 1217-332316

I have applied the latest patch for SQL Anywhere 9 , build 1235

from the readme:

Attempting to do a silent install would have displayed the
License Agreement
dialog. This dialog is now fixed and is no displayed during a
silent install.
In order to get this fix, copy the new setup.inx file to the
install image.

I installed the EBF. But this file is not part of it.
Where can I get the file, setup.inx ?

In my installation, the setup.inx file shows up in the following
directories....

%ASANY9%\ce\install
%ASANY9%\deployment\Objects\AdminTools
%ASANY9%\deployment\Objects\Client
%ASANY9%\deployment\Objects\NetworkServer
%ASANY9%\deployment\Objects\PersonalServer

Thanks Scott, I'm getting closer ...

My install did not have the deployment directories.
I reinstalled to get them.

But, running the updater again did not change those files,
they are still the same after the update.

I need the setup.inx from the main CD install (344KB)
all of these are much smaller(143KB)
