When trying to setup proxy table between ASA and ASE, the following errors
were found,

ASA Error -656 Unable to connect to server 'testcis': [Microsoft][ODBC
Driver Manger] Data source name not found and no default driver specified


The data source "testcis" is configured using Sybase ASE ODBC driver,
version 5.00.00.56.

If the ASA engine is running as a Windows service, the DSN must be a
*system* DSN.
