I have purchased SQLAnywhere 11.0.1 and a runtime license.
Where do i find the files for the runtime engine? The
download center states that the runtime license is a License
Key only product.

I guess I am more confused than I thought. dblic appears to
take perseat and processor licenses... not runtime licenses.
Specifically I looking for something like rteng11.exe, as
this has been the way the runtime engine has been
distributed in the past.

I have found a reference somewhere to an installer in the
'support' directory of the dvd, but all of the software I
purchased was delivered electronically. None of the
downloads have a support directory in them.

The Runtime edition is an add-on component. You need to do a fresh
install using the registration key or modify the a current install. To
modify an install:
1. Go to Control Panel | Add or Remove Programs
2. Locate SQL Anywhere 11
3. Click Change
4. Click Next when the install dialog is displayed
5. On the Program Maintenance Page, select Add
6. Click Next
7. Enter the Registration Key

From here the install should be for the Runtime Edition.
