sqla 9 client

With sqla 10 and 11 there is a handy deployment folder which allows a client
msi to be created.
Is there an equivalent method for sqla 9?

I just need to create a sqla 9 odbc client.

Hello,

There is/was, but it never left "beta" -- it was never part of a production
build until V10.

I'm sure you can easily create a client ODBC build using any installed like
SetupBuilder (www.lindersoft.com)
