Officially they are not yet supported.
But the db server runs without problems (make sure to have the latest EBF)

For the graphical tools, you have to start them in Vista compatibility
mode, then they also work just fine.

There is Windows 7 support for SQL Anywhere 10.0.1 and 11.0.1 available. At this time there is no
support available for ASA 9.0.2.

Hello,

Are there plans for Windows 7 to be compatible with Sybase SQL Anywhere 9.02

This is very important for us. We just can't go to Version 11.01 now, and
our customers are not demanding Windows 7 compatibility.

Glenn Paulley responded to your post in the thread "error launching
Sybase Central 4.3" on Oct 24th that addresses this question. Here is
that response:

Quote:
and we are currently testing 9.0.2 software in the lab on the GA release of Windows 7, now that it has been officially released by Microsoft. Our plans are that, should there be few or zero issues, we will support 9.0.2 SQL Anywhere on Windows 7. As you might imagine, the issues with supporting a new OS for SQL Anywhere are largely (1) the ability to run our Java administration tools with the JREs that shipped with 9.x and (2) issues related to the handling of memory and I/O.

This testing is complex and is taking time. Our priority within Engineering has been to test versions 10 and 11 with Windows 7 and we have announced on our platform support matrix

http://www.sybase.com/detail?id=1002288

that specific builds of 10.0.1 and 11.0.1 have been validated to work with Windows 7.
