Some tool which converts Sybase ASA/ASE database to MySQL
Database
vice versa.

We have one project requirement; we are looking for some
tool which converts ASA11 database to MySQL Database.
Is any tool is available, some free tools is first
preference.

If I have to develop tool then, anyone have idea, how I can
do this ?? please guide me in details.
