The RSA Encryption Add-on keys that we just purchased don't
install the encryption options with SQL Anywhere 9.0.0 CD.
Is there any work-around? Or, are we going to be forced to
purchase a new 9.0.2 CD?

It should work. If you are having problems work with technical support
to resolve.
