We are using SA 10.0.1 EBF 4036(Windows)/3974(Linux). On Linux system
on one of our customer after automatical full backup or after event
TYPE "GrowLog" made command TRANSACTION LOG TRUNCATE. The follows
assert appears -
01/12 00:00:19. *** ERROR *** Assertion failed: 100910 (10.0.1.3974)
Error renaming transaction log file before deleting it. Error code:
0/13
and database going to stop.
We have recreate database few time but the same error come back. The
storage ,where database files are stored, event log doesn't show some
errors.
What can be are problem?

Sorry , Transaction log truncate command is - BACKUP DATABASE
DIRECTORY '' TRANSACTION LOG ONLY TRANSACTION LOG TRUNCATE

Additional after each this Assertion error Semaphore Arrays (ipcs -s)
is groving by one new semaphore. Since our product automatically start
database after each crash semaphore array groving caused problem to
start database (unable to start SharedMemory link - Insufficient
system resources - failed to allocate a SYSV semaphore)
