Correct --- yes, reverified.

If I open Sybase Central V11 (latest build), connect to V9 database, and
then right-click on any table, and go to Permissions. All then names are in
the list but permissions are completely not there.

I then opened Sybase Central V9, connect to the V9 database, same thing --
and the checkboxes are there properly.

Please come out with a fix, as I have V11 on my computer, and we only have
V9 in the server room, so I have to go into the server room to modify file
permissions rather than using V11.

Do you think this can be fixed soon in the next EBF?
