I am attemping to make a silent insall for ASA 9. From a cmd prompt, I run "setup -r". The install screens inform me that the install is being recorded and I click thru the screens. After completion, I take the setup.iss file that was recorded and move it to the install directory. I then run "setup -s" The silent install fails. It displays the licence aggreement dialog to query user to select the country or region. Then asks user to accept terms. After that, it seems to continue silently. I did answer these screens during the recording. Can I mannually edit the setup.iss or the setup.ini to force these responses ? Thanks, Andy August Software development ScriptRx |

In order to get this fix, copy the new setup.inx file to the install image. |

Thanks, I will try the latest ver 9 patch as this is a documented fix. ================(Build #1217 - Engineering Case#332316)================ Attempting to do a silent install would have displayed the License Agreement dialog. This dialog is now fixed and is no displayed during a silent install. In order to get this fix, copy the new setup.inx file to the install image.
