You're going to need to be more specific about this setup.

1) What version and build of SQL Anywhere (dbsrvX -v) are you running?
2) What is your architecture? How does IIS come into play with SQL Anywhere?
3) What SQL Anywhere Native Driver are you using? ODBC, JDBC, etc?

Without a complete description of the problem and some debug logs, it difficult to comment on a
potential issue.

Can you determine the transaction and ODBC call that causes the hang? Can you provide a verbose log
from the database server and logging information from IIS that demonstrates the hang? Can you
provide an ODBC trace? It would be beneficial to open a technical support case for this issue as it
will probably require some level of debugging.

11.0.0.1264 is SQL Anywhere 11.0.0 GA. The latest EBF is build 1626. There is nothing that stands
out in the EBF README as a potential problem, but this issue could already be resolved.
