Yes. They did a test rollout on their test server without issues. They are
logged in as administrator.

It appears that you are running 8.0.1. You can get the latest EBF at

http://downloads.sybase.com/swx/sdmain.stm

The last 8.0.1 update takes you build 3131, which includes a fix for this
problem.
