I' have a problem with asa 7.0.4.3541 and asa 9.0.2.3274
access by oledbdatareader on VS2005 and .net2.0

On asa 7.*
When i make a select on a varchar field hat is greater than
199 character sybase 7 returns a truncated field at 199
character.

On asa 9.*
When i make a select on a varchar field that is greater than
199 character sybase 9 returns a empty string.

With the same software con on VS2003 and .net1.1 all was ok!
What is wrong?

Have you tried using the .NET data providers for ASA instead of the
oledb?

or a sybase 9 with the same ianywhere.data.asaclient.
If is possible i prefer to use oledb.
