i have intalled ODBC Oracle 9.
The connection test is ok in ODBC manager, but failed in SQL10.

I will to connect a server proxy via my ODBC Oracle 9 and fail.

He find not the tnsnames.ora.

Message :

Does the ASA10 and ASA9 engine run as a service? If so, under which user
id is it running, and have you set up a user or a system ODBC source?

have taken from the context - please correct any incorrect assumptions I
have made.

I am going to assume that this means you are using the RDBMS "Oracle 9"
as a remote database.

Which specific ODBC Driver you are using? (Please give the name,
version, and DLL referenced).

I assume this references "SQL Anywhere 10"? Please provide the exact
version and build of SQL Anywhere you are using (dbeng10 -v).

I also assume the operation you're trying to do is create a proxy from a
SQL Anywhere 10 database to a Oracle 9 database, and you receive the
ORA-12154 error? Are you doing this in DBISQL? Sybase Central?

I have installed Client Oracle 9i and i have configured a LISTENER.
And now, it's OK!
