New 64bit server otw. -

I've just ordered a dual xeon processor server with 64bit windows and
6gb memory to use as a dedicated server for SQLA.
Can I assume it's a no-brainer to run 64bit SQLA 9.0.2? Or are there
arguments to install 32bit SQLA?
All other things equal, can I expect a peformance boost from running
64bit SQLA?
The primary database is about 5 gb and it generates a log file of about
500mb per day. Additionally, we run another 5gb db with virturally no
transaction volume as part of our test environment.
Invariably, there are other minor apps that will get installed on the
server, such as remote control and Automate. I don't know if this have
any bearing.
Thanks!
