We started with v11.00, succesfully tested High Availability. Later on
Installed v11.01 up to EBF 2250 with FIPS. We understand that both features
need separate keys.

For documentation purposes need to redo the installation, but for some
reason it won't allow to fix/remove. As a last resource went over the
registry and cleared all SQL Anywhere 11 entries, also removed the folder
where SQL Anywhere 11 was, but not luck...

Add/Remove Programs - REMOVE, we get:

Error 2752 Error Opening XML file
c:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v2.0.50727\conf ig\machine.config

Option Ignore produces message: "Fatal error during installation"

what else can we do to remove/reinstall SQL Anywhere 11.01 up to EBF 2299 +
FIPS + HA ?
