Moving Sql Anywhere 9 - 01-28-2010 , 04:52 PM

Hi,
I need to move Sql Anywhere 9, 10 user from Server to a new server.
How do I get the registration/license information off of the original
server?

Is there any way I can convert the development version on the other server
to a full 10 user version without re-installing?
