I have a PowerBuilder 11.5 application creating an ODBC connection to a SQLA9 database using the SQLA10 ODBC drivers. It errors out saying that "libct.dll" is missing. Why is an ODBC connection looking for this file? All of the documentation that I see indicates that libct.dll is not required for ODBC connections. |

I don't know. Really! libct.dll is from the OpenClient CT-Library API Could they be picking the wrong ODBC driver maybe? [an iAnywhere one for ML/ASE?] Libcs.dll and libct.dll may have once been part of our PHP install with v9 ... could that be it? [Breck once mentioned doing a Google for "php_sybase_ct.dll" on this topic a number of years back ] They could be required for a remote server using an old non-wire-protocol DSN to ASE .... Wow! It was a missing PBODB115.DLL! Awesome, I'm running now. Thanks! Nick Elson [Sybase iAnywhere] wrote: I don't know.
