Default Min. system requirements? (sybase + mobilink) - 11-19-2007 , 05:39 AM

Hi,

What are the min. system requirements for sybase v10 with mobilink v10
running on a laptop?
Can it be that 250Mb of int. memory gives synchronisation errors?

Thanks!

It is difficult to provide a minimum requirement as it will actually
depend on what the specific implementation requires. That said, 250MBs
may be too small.

What errors are you getting? Perhaps we can help resolve those.

After (at the end of) synchronisation, there pops up a messagebox.
the error is:
"the program [c:\program files\... mlsrv10.exe dns=...] caused a problem and
is going to close.
Would you like a dump file"
yes/no

hope this helps...

This is a crash. Try with a current MS and EBF i.e., 10.0.1 with EBF
3579. If the crash persists, submit the crash to iAnywhere when prompted
and contact technical support if the issue is urgent. For less urgent
issues, post the submission id for reference.

If you are running current software, use dbsupport to submit the crash
log if you have not already done so.

NOTE: Please ensure that you are using the iAS crash reporting (see
dbsupport or crashes in the online help) otherwise the submission may
get reported to Microsoft.
