If the lock name is NULL then SPA represents a schema lock on that
table; no other connection can modify the schema for that table (ie via
ALTER TABLE) or can acquire an exclusive lock on that table (ie for LOAD
TABLE) until the connection that holds that lock has performed either
COMMIT or ROLLBACK.
