Hi,

I want to set the registration key and license count
for an ASA 9.0.3 installation installed as a developer
edition. Can this be done without reinstalling the
software? If so, how?

The only option at this stage is a reinstall AFAIK.

BTW The developer edition will not include all of the 'additional'
software that is included with Studio so you may need to go to a Studio
install to make those components available.
