Default Helpset not found in current classpath. - 11-04-2009 , 10:23 AM

After installing and re-installing the developer edition of
Anywhere 11, the help files still cannot be found. I set
the value of SQLPATH=C:\Program Files (x86)\SQL Anywhere
11\Documentation\en\HTMLHelp, but this didn't fix the
situation. What's wrong?

Note that the documentation is a *separate* download from the Developer
Edition. See the 11.0.1 download page for the appropriate documentation
links: http://www.sybase.com/detail?id=1062209

Please let us know if you have any problems after downloading and
installing.

Regards,

I can't remember... is it a separate download with the Developer
Edition?

Try Start - All Programs - SQL Anywhere 11 - Documentation - Online
Books (English)

If you're in a hurry, see DocCommentXchange: http://dcx.sybase.com

I have downloaded and installed the documentation as well
when I first installed the software. That's why I'm asking
the question, what's wrong?

Nobody knows what is wrong, and nobody can help unless you tell us
some more.

If you don't want to tell us more, then try calling tech support.

Is this shortcut present? Start - All Programs - SQL Anywhere 11 -
Documentation - Online Books (English)

If it is present, does it work?

Did you install as an Administrator or another user id? (I don't think
Administrator is required but I'm not sure).

Is the following file present? C:\Program Files\SQL Anywhere
11\Documentation\en\HTMLHelp\sqlanywhere_en11.chm

If it is present, what happens when you doubleclick it?
