From evaluation to developer license

I installed the evaluation copy of SQL Anywhere 9.0.2 to support my
client. I now have a developer license. How do I apply that license
to the current installation?

Download if possible developer edition SA9, and reinstall. During
installation type developer license key.
I think that dblic.exe utility is for setting type(per seat,
concurrent, per CPU....) and number of server license not for
version.
