I can find an SA 11 Plug-in for VS 2008, and I can find an
SA 9.0.2 Plug-in for VS 2005. But I can't find an SA 9.0.2
Plug-in for VS 2008. Does SA 9.0.2 have a Visual Studio
2008 Plug-in? If so, can anyone provide a link to the right
place? If not, are there any work arounds?

We are in the process of upgrading from SA 9.0.2 to SA
11.0.1, but we will have at least one more release of our
app using SA 9.0.2 before we put out the release containing
the update to SA 11, and we have already migrated to the VS
2008 development environment.
