Default difficulty installing software - 10-19-2009 , 10:37 AM

Hi, I recently downloaded the CommonInstaller.zip to try Powerbuilder
11 and InfoMaker.

After downloading the software, I extract it and run the AutoRun.

I try to install the PowerBuilder 11, but it says I should return to
the main menu and Install SQL Anywhere first.

So I go ahead and do that, but It comes up with an error saying it
cannot find a system file.

Im running VISTA Ultimate.

Any help appreciated

Best to post this to a PowerBuilder focused forum.

yep, best to ask in pb forum

however, make sure you have downloaded all required files and unzip them
into the proper folder/subfolders before attempting to install. look at the
read and other install doc in the commoninstaller.zip

otherwise download the Sybase sqlanywhere 11 or 10 developer edition and
install that first
