I was looking to find a document, white paper, or HOW TO on how to
effectively implementing database security in an ASA, or any relational
database, with special attention on the proper use of users, groups,
permissions, row level security, etc.

I have a fairly sound idea of the components above, but just can't seem
to put all the pieces together.

Does anybody know of a reference that might get me started on learning
and designing a secure and sound database?
