I cannot get SQL anywhere to connect to my sybase database
Yet other tools, such as dbVisualizer and Aqua Data Studio
are connecting

Connection parameters:
User=********
Password=***
ENG=169.185.156.50
LINKS=TCPIP(IP=169.185.156.50;PORT=16180)

Can you post the command you use to start your server? The server's
command line parameters affect which connection parameters you need to use.
