Is it possible to run web services on a consolidated DB that has
remote DB's in sync with it??

e.g configure service as follows?
"D:\db\database.db"
-gd DBA
-gk DBA
-n "reportdb"
-xs http{port=8080}
-x tcpip{port=96}
