I have written some procedures in C#. They are called from triggers, stored procedures etc. When processing some thousand records the dbextclr11.exe process (CLR run in ASA) consumes more and more memory (on my machine almost 2 GB and has 16826 open handles!!). Then the SQL Code, calling the external procedure fails with an out of memeory exception. It looks like the garbage collector or any dispose() is never called. Any idea how this can be prevented?? I believe this problem has been fixed in SA 11.0.1 build 2306 and the fix will be available in the next SA 11.0.1 EBF. Karim |

Karim, thanks for that info. I currently run 2299 dated Aug 24th. Any idea when the next fix is released? Tom Karim Khamis [Sybase iAnywhere] schrieb: I believe this problem has been fixed in SA 11.0.1 build 2306 and the fix will be available in the next SA 11.0.1 EBF. Karim |
