Anywhere Server 11.0.1 is very slow
(installed on Server hardware is a IBM X3650 with 1 CPU Xeon Quadcore 2 Ghz,
4 GB RAM RAID 1 140GB (2 disks SAS) with software Windows 2003 Server R2)

compared with an older Anywhere Server 5.5
(with 1 cpu xeon 1 ghz 1gb ram 1 scsi disk 40gb and microsoft windows nt)

delay time on a same procedure in a same DB is very similar in both
servers.. some answers? maybe some additional configuration on a "new"
server??

In "new" server, when procedure is executing, the task manager shows 25% use
CPU.

I would greatly appreciate any help.

Since you are using a quadcore, 25% usage is actually equivalent to 100%
on one of the cores. It is likely that due to the nature of the
operation being performed it can not be parallelized across multiple cores.
