While resolving issues with ASE 12.0.4 (yeah i know its OLD), I have
come across an issue with regards to unicode conversion libntlog.dll
addressed at the following URL:

One of the solution suggests downloading the dll from the powersoft
ftp site.
As the issue is quite old, I believe the ftp site is no longer
available.

Could anyone tell me where else I could obtain the above-mentioned dll
file?
