We have applications in .Net. Recently we upgraded the backend
database to ASE 15 from ASE 12.5. After the upgrade; our .Net
applications are giving Error: 5 Internal Error: 30016 when our users
try to login to the application using VPN. The application works fine
when users access it in Network. It's only when they login through
VPN; they get the above error.

Any pointers?
