Default Stop Connect To Server Prompt in Management Studio - 04-01-2009 , 11:12 AM

At one time I was able to stop the "Connect to Server" prompt from displaying
when starting Management Studio.

I installed a new version and now I can't remember how to disable the prompt.

Any ideas>

Does this get you the behavior you had before (I did this in SQL 2008
Management Studio):

Go to the Tools\Options menu.
Select the Environment/General dialog
In the "At Startup" drop-down list box at the top of the dialog, select
"Open empty environment".

We've all been there. I wish I had a dollar for each time I've started
describing a "bug" to someone, only to realize about a third of the way in
why it was actually a "user error" on my part.
