Two options:

1) Every time you start the SMSS you right click and say "Run as
Administrator".
2) Turn of the new security function called UAC, you can read more about it
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/l.../cc512639.aspx.

I am having quite a few issues with it right now installing cluster on it;
you can read the newest entry on my blog. Thanks.

Interesting - this is a Win2K8 server that it is on. Did you have a
good solution to it?

I ran into issue similar to do this because the Server Refused to run the
application in Administrator mode for me.

But that was Windows 2008 server; so maybe it is similar issue for you...
