SSMS license agreement does it work with Express on local system.

Ok, I have SQL Server 2008 with a license by processor license agreement. I
have SSMS installed on my local machine and am using it to access the server
with SQL Server 2008. Can I legally use SSMS to access my local SQL Server
Express edition and/or access SQL Server Express on other machines remotely?
I am under the impression yes, but I just want to make sure and confirm.

Yes, if you have a legal copy of SSMS installed, you may use it to access
any SQL Server Express edition database.
