SQL Server 2008 Management Studio? - 11-13-2008 , 07:35 PM

I don't see it in the download center yet I've been told a new instance is
available.

SSMS has never been free for download. The Express edition has been,
though. My guess is that MS now includes SSMS Express in below
download:

SSMS has never been free for download. The Express edition has been,
though. My guess is that MS now includes SSMS Express in below
download:
