I doubt this would have anything to do with MDAC directly. Do you have
multiple versions of Management Studio installed (e.g. 2005 and 2008), or
have you installed the 2000 client tools after installing 2005? I would
suggest trying a repair and/or applying the most recent service pack to your
2005 client tools...
