SQL Server 2000 SP3 - 07-02-2003 , 05:11 PM

I have updates SQL Server 2000 SP3 and Books online SP,
when trying to open books Online the error message come up
with "can not open the file: C:\program files\Microsoft
SQL Server\80\Tools\Books\SQL80.col

Are there any fixes for this? please let me known most
appreciate.
