I have heard about these 3rd party tools for SQL Backup and was wondering if
anybody has compared the 2 or even if there are better tools out there that
backups and compresses huge databases

How easy are the backups and the restores ? Do the restores provide all the
functionalities that native SQL provides such as restore with norecovery or
standby,etc..

Any thoughts/suggestions would be highly appreciated
