Thanks for the reply; More details Tools are not installed via the cluster install mechanism. log onto Node 1 with admin account Open Control panel | Add and Remove Programs Select SQL Server 2005 and press "Change" button Browse to the "Setup.exe" file Component selection SSIS Tools SSIS is installed but I get the message can not create directory.... However the installation completes. after re-boots and patches have been installed, BIDS is not available and the properties point to the file devenv.exe.
