1. I am trying to figure out how I can get more memory,
I think my memory is low. Every now and then, I will get
the square that pops up saying my virtual memory is low.
How can I get my memory back?

2. My incoming and outgoing mail server. I want to
install Incredimail, but I need my incoming and outgoing
mail server, and I don't know what it is.

From the brief discription you have provided I believe your Paging file is
filling up, I would suggest;

1.) review what application is filling up your paging file
2.) if you have room on the drive that houses your paging file you could
expand it
3.) review what your memory settings/ need are in SQL Server and perhaps
lower the maximun amout of memory usable by SQL Server
