Default script to cliboard in microsoft SQL server management studio - 05-13-2009 , 01:43 PM

in SQL 2005 I could use right mouse script select (or other statements) to
cliboard

In 2008 it shows the wait cursor but nothing goes to the clipboard

Am I doing something wrong?

I may be misunderstand what you are doing, but I used Object Explorer,
found a stored procedure, right-clicked it, selected Script Stored
Procedure As->CREATE to->Clipboard, and this worked fine.

Does this happen with any procedure? Have you tried a reboot?

Funny
I tried what you described and it worked
Then I tried what I had problem before, to right mouse on a table and use
script select to clipboard and now it did work!

Oh well :-)
Thanks for trying
