I assume that you mean edit the data in the table.
Are you using constraints or trigger managed FK references? If so, then
your solution will need to consider those as well.
In terms of simple entry or update to a table, you can use Access.
Depending on the version, 97 or 2000/2002 you may link a little differently,
but then you get the familiar (to many) Access behaviors during editing.
