I don't know much about SBS, however the problem you face reminds me an
expired instance of Evaluation Edition. When an evaluation period is over,
SSMS stops working either and that expiration message pops up.

Is there any chance that your Client Tools are installed from an Evaluation
Edition media?

Also, you better let us know if the SQL Server instance itself working and
has not expired?

Even if the Evaluation Period is over, an Evaluation Edition instance would
not stop working until it is stopped and started. Did you stop\start or
restart your SQL Server instance recently? Also, did you check its edition
info using "select serverproperty('edition')" or "select @@version"
commands?

Did you try to uninstall the Client Tools and reinstall them using SQL Setup
binaries which comes with your SBS media?
