Default KB961638 - Class not registered in SSMS 2008 - 02-25-2010 , 12:17 PM





This KB was last reviewed in Jan 2009. This seems to still be a problem with
side-by-side installations of SSMS 2005 and SSMS 2008, which is often an
environment necessity for people - me included.

What is the status of correcting this apparently simple .NET assembly
loading resolution issue?
