Default Intellisense for Sql Server 2005 - 10-02-2008 , 10:15 AM

I've started to use the 2008 management studio and intellisense works
correctly against a 2008 database.

When I try to use a query against a 2005 database, intellisense does not
work. Am I missing something?

Yes, that is the way it is. The parser can only handle 2008 T-SQL
syntax so they only implement it against 2008.
