You don't give access to Management Studio via AD. You can use Managemenst Studio to grant specific AD users and/or AD Groups access to administrer the SQL instance. You can either give the user/group full sysadmin right to the SQL instance or you can be more granular and then only give them access to certain things. They can then access the SQL Instance from a locally installed Management Studio.
